Battlefield 6 generates over $350M in revenue in less than one week
A report from Alinea Analytics revealed that Battlefield 6 has sold over 6.5 million units within the first few days of its release across all platforms. This translates to over $350 million in gross revenue, with Alinea Analytics claiming that the game might be in the conversation with the generation’s biggest launches.
The report also mentioned that Battlefield 6 has a primarily PC audience, with 65.7% of the game’s copies sold on the platform. PlayStation 5 followed, with 23.7% of the copies coming from them, and finally, Xbox Series with 19.6% coming from the console.
Alinea Analytics also talked about wishlist crossover data between Battlefield 6 and other games, and mentioned that 7% of Battlefield 6 players have wishlisted Deadlock. Alinea Analytics believes that it might be the biggest challenge for Battlefield 6 when it fully releases and if Valve “plays its hand aggressively.”
Recently, Gaming.News reported that even before its release, Battlefield 6 has already sold 1.8 million copies. At its release, the game even surpassed 700,000 players on Steam alone.
Battlefield 6 is the most recent addition to the Battlefield franchise by EA. The game was released on Oct. 10, 2025, for the PlayStation 5, PC and Xbox Series X|S.
