Sports Interactive signs multi-year partnership with FIFA
Sports Interactive signed a mutli-year partnership with FIFA to bring official FIFA competitions to the games, beginning with Football Manager 26. As included with the deal, the FIFA World Cup, FIFA Women’s World Cup, and FIFA Club World Cup will be launched in Football Manager 26 as a part of a free content update scheduled for 2026. The World Cup 26 will be added to Football Manager 26 with all official kits of the final 48 teams in the FIFA Woild Cup 26, broadcast graphics, and branding.
On Oct 20, a 90-minute first look of the game was shared by the official YouTube channel for Football Manager. Within the video, Spencer Owen, studio director Miles Jacobson, and West Ham showcase “everything that Football Manager 26 has to offer.”
Football Manager 26 releases on Nov. 4, 2025, with an early access beta arriving on Oct. 23. The previous title, Football Manager 25, was cancelled. Sports Interactive has offered two weeks of early access for players for prior games, resulting in a one week and four day long beta.
