Axon Technologies acquired by Aquavit Pharmaceuticals

Founded in 2022, Axon Technologies develops and commercializes applications and technologies related to artificial intelligence. Following its rebranding from Genève Technologies, the company moved its legal headquarters from Geneva to Zug in 2025. 

Axon has joined the family of Aquavit Pharmaceuticals, a life-science and technology company dedicated to breakthrough therapies, advanced drug-delivery platforms, and AI-driven healthcare solutions. Now as part of Aquavit Pharmaceuticals AG, the company will integrate its AI focus across:

This milestone was formally certified on 23 September 2025, completing the extraordinary shareholders’ resolutions that approved the surviving name to Aquavit Pharmaceuticals AG, adopted new Articles of Association, and confirmed Sobin Chang as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
