Web3 mobile soccer simulator FIFA Rivals set the date for the launch of its new season, Oct. 9, 2025, as was announced on the game’s official X (formerly Twitter) account on Oct. 2, 2025.
Developed and published by Mythical Games, the competitive football simulator is available on both Android and iOS platforms.
The officially licensed FIFA title was released on June 13, 2025, featuring blockchain integration via Mythos, a layer-1 network built within the Polkadot ecosystem, along with NFT Player Cards.
FIFA Rivals features arcade-style casual football gameplay with PvP and PvE modes and skill-based progression. The game allows players to build their own team with a roster of superstars, refine strategies and manage quick transfers.
As of the time of writing, the game has a 4.8-star rating on the Google Play market, with over 15,000 reviews and more than 500,000 downloads, while on the App Store, it has a 4.7-star rating with over 1,500 reviews.
