Dynasty Warriors 3: Complete Edition Remastered Release Date Revealed
Koei Tecmo unveiled its latest upcoming project: Dynasty Warriors 3: Complete Edition Remastered. The game is a complete remaster of the community-acclaimed Dynasty Warriors 3, which was originally released 25 years ago.
Though the trailer was short, the gameplay showcased more enemy density in the remaster than in Dynasty Warriors 3. The engine is far more akin to that of the latest Dynasty Warriors Origin, drawing inspiration from the franchise’s latest success while recreating a community-favorite entry in the Dynasty Warriors series.
As of writing, the title has been confirmed for PlayStation – the other platform ports have not been announced yet. Most Dynasty Warriors titles release on every current-generation platform, so Dynasty Warriors 3: Complete Edition Remastered may see PC, Switch, and Xbox ports. Dynasty Warriors: Origins was teased for the Nintendo Switch 2 in the latest Nintendo Direct, with more DLC for the title underway.
The Dynasty Warriors franchise has sold over 65 million units worldwide, making it Koei Tecmo’s best-selling series.
